Finding Solid Ground

TRAUMA EDUCATION GROUP

Beginning March 24 | Skills for feeling safer after trauma

If safety feels hard, you are not alone. After trauma, the nervous system can stay on high alert, or shift into numbness or shutdown, even when life is not currently dangerous.

This group offers education, support, and practical tools to help you feel more steady, more grounded, and more present in day to day life. Sessions are guided by the Finding Solid Ground workbook materials and paced in manageable steps.
